Te piden dinero según para liberar SPEI como intermediarios entre el banco y tú, luego te piden comisión para el agente que te atendió y después (al menos en nuestro caso) nos quisieron volver a pedir otro recurso para liberar SPEI (como el primer movimiento) que porque según no alcanzó el primero por ser fin de semana. Según todo el recurso (excepto la comisión del agente) sería reembolsable e iría en la transferencia del crédito, pero al querer cancelar y pedir el dinero de vuelta nos salieron con que no pueden reembolsarlo. Recomiendo que mejor busquen préstamo en otras partes, que de preferencia no les pidan recursos antes de ustedes ya tener algo. Para rematar quiero preguntar al respecto a través del bot que ponen en la página para whatsapp y el mismo me dice que ese número es inválido y su dirección al buscarla por Google Maps es un edificio sin ningún tipo de publicidad con letreros de se renta (desconozco si el edificio actualmente luzca así, pero al menos es lo que sale).
Smells like a fraudulent company. They ask you for money according to to release SPEI as intermediaries between the bank and you, then they ask for a commission for the agent who attended you and then (at least in our case) they wanted to ask us again for another resource to release SPEI (like the first movement) That because according to the first one because it was a weekend. According to all the resource (except the agent's commission) it would be refundable and would go in the transfer of the credit, but when wanting to cancel and ask for the money back they came out with that they cannot refund it. I recommend that you better look for a loan elsewhere, preferably not asking for resources before you already have something. To top it off I want to ask about it through the bot that they put on the page for whatsapp and it tells me that this number is invalid and its address when looking for it on Google Maps is a building without any type of advertising with signs for rent (I do not know if the building currently looks like this, but at least that's what comes out).
