Very nice unique hotel

Cute rooms. Nothing fancy but clean. I didn't see one bug in the rooms while we were there. Unique setting. Close to everything but off the main drag. We stayed here while we dove all week and was more than adequate. I will come again.

Stayed here . They provide a breakfast. The woman who is basically the caretaker names Irma is amazing she seems to do it all and always has a smile. 2 blocks from water and main tourist strip. Safe area and quiet.

We stayed here for two nights while exploring Cozumel by Scooter and doing some dives (definitely recommend this as well) It's located in walking distance from the main plaza and you hardly see it from the main road, but as soon as you enter this house, you enter pure relaxation and holiday feeling. Everything is decorated really modern and beautiful and all the things make you feel like in paradise. The rooms are clean and cozy and every of it has its own character. You can find a quiet place everywhere in this hotel and the pool is really beautiful too. The breakfast is delicious and varies every day; we just loved it and the lady who prepared it. Our stay in mi casa en Cozumel was great and we would highly recommend you to stay here.

The place is beautiful! We loved the laidback feel, the layout of the rooms and the breakfast was absolutely top notch. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the hot water faucet in our bathroom didn't work, and dogs bark all night so if you don't have a/c in your room and are a light sleeper you won't get any sleep.

Mixed feelings. I rented the top apartment “Casa Zapote” for 1 month. Pros: Memo (the host) is super attentive and kind. Apartment has unique design, high wood ceilings, three big terraces, comfortable bed, nice toilet and view from the shower. Close to main square but outside the busy areas. Good WiFi. Cons: - I couldn’t rest for 1 month. The dormitory and any window in the apartment has no glasses, and only close by a wooden wall. Therefore you literally sleep outside and exposed to dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG (Memo said it was because of full moon, but it was every night/ little he can do about it) and neighbors playing SUPER LOUD CHURCH MUSIC almost everyday at any time if not all day. So don’t expect to rest in this place. - Everything in the apartment is sticky and old. Not well maintained, too much dust, spider nests in the ceiling, bugs, little worms, spiders, cockraches, antzs (leave a coffee 5 minutes in the kitchen and it will be covered in antzs at least). Memo desinfected after I complained but the house needs a much more desinfection since it is way too abandoned and life grows there wildly. - The plunge pool is very small and has super cold water- not really useful. - Expensive compared to other options in the island.

Absolutely loved our stay at Mi Casa! We stayed in the apartment on the 4th and 5th floor and it was better than we could have imagined. There was a private plunge pool and an outdoor bath tub. We also had three private large decks. If you are looking for a special place to stay in Cozumel I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Host at MI Casa not very friendly and speaks no English. Owner very nice and speaks English. For the price it was good. Just wish host would of explained and greeted us better had no clue where stuff was located. Pool Breakfast was ok. Could of been better. Was cold and not good some days.
