Maria the cat was a great welcoming in the morning with my coffee and breakfast. Fellow guest's were all friendly. Highly reccomend . Happy i started my trip in mexico here. Will be back. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE. The hosts have no hospitality and no empathy. I am a female solo single traveller. During my first day in mexico my purse was stolen and I asked for the hosts assistance that they would keep hold of a replacement card when sent to them. Not only did they refuse assistance but they then cancelled my booking (organised 2 months previously) with less than 12 hours notice without even the courtesy to explain. Leaving me from a bad situation to a nightmare situation. I cannot fathom how they show this level of hostility in the hospitality industry sector. Do not book here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd have to say this was the most perfect place in Cozumel to relax and sit back . Everything is so close by and at 50 pesos for a taxi anywhere in the Centro area is perfect and the taxi stand is like a two minute walk ! this is a high end spot at very very good rates . I could write a book on the hospitality of the staff and owner's. what are you waiting for call Patricia make a reservation you will not be disappointed . If I ever left Canada this is wher I would come . Ohla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A home away from home. The hacienda is beautiful and you can tell the owner put their heart into it ?. The service was impeccable, Yessi helped us book a car and was super lovely. Special mention to Marìa the cat, who's adorable. Highly recommend if you want a special stay, 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful place. Wonderful food and The owners and workers were really nice and friendly people. Each bedroom was cleans,comfortable and roomy with private bathrooms in each room. Breakfast was provided and was delicious. Store is very close ,only down the street and they give you space in the fridge for your groceries. Outdoor kitchen and dining table near pool and jacuzzi.

It's like staying in a Mexican art gallery with a beautiful pool and grounds (hummingbirds visit), a tasty breakfast and the world's friendliest cat! Worth noting, its a 35 minute walk from town however there's a taxi rank (and supermarket) a few yards away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hacienda, horticulture and environment. Right next to supermarket and taxi stop so its very convenient location! Calming classical music and delicious breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and fell in love with the house cat Maria! She is the sweetest cat and deserves all the love!!
