★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, vine a hacerme la prueba COVID, llegué a las 12 y me dijeron que tenía que esperarme a las 2 que porque a esa hora se reanudaban las pruebas, me formé porque así me lo indicaron, bajaron hasta las 2:30 a contarnos, seleccionaron de 10 en 10 y fui la 14, sin nada de empatía por la espera de 2 horas y media que nos tuvieron formados nos dicen que los primeros 10 pasan a las 3 y los siguientes 10 a las 4 y así sucesivamente y que nos vayamos y regresemos porque no pueden tener aglomeraciones !!! Que falta de respeto por el tiempo de las personas, no entiendo cómo porque no dijeron eso desde un inicio !!
Terrible service, I came to take the COVID test, I arrived at 12 and they told me that I had to wait for me at 2 because at that time the tests resumed, I lined up because they told me to, they went down until 2:30 to tell us , they selected 10 by 10 and I was 14, without any empathy for the wait of 2 hours and a half that they had us trained, they tell us that the first 10 go at 3 and the next 10 at 4 and so on and that we let's go and come back because they can't have crowds!!! What a lack of respect for people's time, I don't understand why they didn't say that from the beginning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Share my antigen covid test experience , Before i come to here i have read the review , many said it take more than 2-3hr here , and it true , the Q is at parking area , they only allow 15 people to do test per 1.5hr , so i was arrive 8:30am at Sunday , they say next time 15 people will get call on 9:30am , but Unfortunately I'm the one at number 20, so i need to wait more 1.5hr here , until 11am , then go to casher to pay then go back to Q again , then the final time i got my paper result was at 12pm , it cost 338 peso for a reasonable price to do antigen covid test , but it cost me a lots of time to wait here , if i could choice again i will go 3.5hr before the flight departure time , to get test at Mexico airport , it cost 600 peso , but it save a lots of time to waiting ,any way the test was smooth , the people were kind
