★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, llame por teléfono para saber si tenían consulta médica y me dijeron que si, cuando llegue me dijeron que el Dr. Estaba de incapacidad y que no sabían cuando volverían a tener servicio.
Terrible, I phoned to find out if they had a medical consultation and they told me yes, when I arrived they told me that the Dr. was on disability and that they did not know when they would have service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoy a hacerme una prueba de antígenos, debes pasar al consultorio (a un lado de la farmacia) donde te van a dar una hoja para el pago y un turno, después de pagar en farmacia ponte cómod@ para esperar 3 horas tu turno.
Pros: conveniencia, estacionamiento.
Contras: servicio, tiempo de espera.
I went today to do an antigen test, you must go to the office (next to the pharmacy) where they will give you a sheet for payment and a shift, after paying at the pharmacy make yourself comfortable to wait 3 hours for your shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque el horario de consulta médica termina a las 9 pm en todas las demás sucursales, el de ésta sucursal termina antes pero no avisan en ningún lugar. Llegué a las 8:25 y me dijeron que regresara al día siguiente.
Although medical consultation hours end at 9 pm in all other branches, this branch ends earlier but they do not notify anywhere. I arrived at 8:25 and was told to come back the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el trato no es amable. Me fui hacer una prueba y me dijeron que me saliera, a los 10min me dieron una hoja para pagar que tenía fecha de hace dos semanas. Además no te explican qué prueba te van a realizar, porque solo tienen las de antígenos. Y al momento de realizarte la pruebas no dan instrucciones claras sobre cuál va a ser el procedimiento.
En sucursal exhibimex el trato es diferente, pero en esa fecha no había servicio de pruebas.

And at the time of performing the tests, they do not give clear instructions about what the procedure will be.
