Las habitaciones no cuentan con todos los recursos básicos para una estancia cómoda, ni con la mejor limpieza dentro de las habitaciones. La verdad es que tienen una excelente ubicación como para invertirle un poco más. Lo digo porque yo me dedico a la limpieza de condominios en Playa del Carmen y noto que hay inversiones que hacen que un huésped se vaya feliz, como poner jabón de manos, shampoo, jabón corporal... Hay quienes solo vamos de pasada y que nuestra cuota ya incluya esos productos nos quita una preocupación de encima, porque aunque si es un precio accesible la verdad es que no es regalado. En mi caso, la puerta era difícil de abrir, la tele no tenía señal, no había WiFi, y a mi parecer había poca iluminación en la habitación. There is no parking. N	NOT MY PROBLEM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location only one block away from the ferry terminal, the price is excellent, just don't expect a quality stay cause they don't have tv antenna or cable for prepaid channels, no wifi, and the pool water was dirty which I didn't crave to go in, and there's a funny smell next to the pool ? i wish they don't lie to people on booking saying you have access to all those things when in fact is just a place to sleep just bed and shower but I repeat, for a private room with private restroom the price is excellent ?and the staff is very friendly! Looks like they're remodeling the hotel cause no restaurant in either. The location on Google maps is wrong, actually is on the other side of the ferry terminal next to the "cafe rimon"
