★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovly place, it is a hidden jem. The owner cookes all fresh her self. She can explain you all the great dishes. We ordered many things and everything was amazing.
Really worth to go. And great price, we were looking for a more budget place.
So give it a shot !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont recommend this place. I ordered chicken and cheese empanadas, and there was nearly no fillings inside , they were inflated with air ! Arepa and patacon had very little meat too. I felt cheated because of barely any fillings. The place is pricey too comparing to other places on the 10th avenue but it wouldn't be a problem if they didn't cheat. The woman inside seemed very arrogant to customers as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the reina pepeada arepa, the cachapa vegeteriana dos, the maracuya juice, and the cachapa with cajeta and cream cheese dessert which were all good but the outstanding item was the pastelito (empanada) with cheese. Very flaky, light, and with a great cheese flavor. 2nd visit: Had cheese, carne, pollo, and champignones pastelitos and the quesillo venzolano which was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small family owned place with a great variety of Venezuelan cuisine. We tried a little bit of everything, some of which we'd never had. Everything was absolutely delicious and the owner was an absolute delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the patacon with stewed chicken, pabellon arepa, and the tequenos with picosita sauce!!! Everything was delicious. The fried cheese sticks (tequenos) particularly stood out to us because we are American and have been traveling for awhile ? but everything here was delicious. If you’re near the area and craving Venezuelan food, this is a great spot to check out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must check this place out! The food is delicious! 100% agree with other reviews, the arepas are a must get. You should also try the Pastelitos, these were my favourite, especially the shredded beef - the dough is paper thin!
I wish we went there more than once because I'm craving another Pastelito.
Also, the two women that work there are super friendly and welcoming. It felt like we were having a mean with family.
I highly recommend going here!
