★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Llevé a diagnóstico el vehículo por unas fallas me dieron un presupuesto caro, lo atendieron pero resulta que no corrigieron los problemas por los cuales lo llevé. Nota: Cuando lo llevé les expliqué mis sospechas por los ruidos que yo detecté, sin embargo, no lo tomaron en cuenta en su diagnóstico aun cuando era un tema muy evidente. El encargado quedó en comunicarse conmigo para una solución. Me quedé esperando. No lo recomiendo nada.
Very bad experience. I had the vehicle diagnosed for some faults, they gave me an expensive estimate, they took care of it but it turns out that they did not correct the problems for which I took it. Note: When I took it, I explained my suspicions about the noises that I detected, however, they did not take it into account in their diagnosis even though it was a very obvious issue. The manager arranged to contact me for a solution. I was waiting. I do not recommend anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente una mala experiencia, muy caro para una refacción con marca propia, no te entregan la refacción reparada aun y cuando tienen letrero en la entrada, cobran diagnostico, sin soluciones claras para simples problemas, NO recomiendo para nada su visita a este establecimiento, la ubicación les favorece por lo cual deben tener flujo de clientes, pero en atención, precio y servicio están pésimos. Si quiere evitar un mal rato eviten pararse como yo por cercanía y busquen un lugar realmente profesional sin que sean abusivos con los precios y emitan diagnósticos sin fundamentos.
Definitely a bad experience, very expensive for a spare part with its own brand, they do not give you the repaired part even though they have a sign at the entrance, they charge a diagnosis, without clear solutions for simple problems, I DO NOT recommend your visit to this establishment at all, the Location favors them so they must have a flow of customers, but in terms of attention, price and service they are lousy. If you want to avoid a bad time, avoid stopping like me because of proximity and look for a really professional place without being abusive with prices and making unfounded diagnoses.
