★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevamos una laptop por una bisagra, tardaron como 3 días en dar un diagnóstico, y me regresaron las dos bisagras dañadas y una mancha en la pantalla... y hasta la fecha no recibo cotización por parte de ellos y ya han pasado como 20 dias.
Terrible service. We took a laptop for a hinge, it took about 3 days to diagnose, and they returned the two damaged hinges and a stain on the screen ... and to date I have not received a quote from them and it has been about 20 days .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Yo nunca he tenido problema con ellos (y les he llevado varios equipos). En ocasiones tardan un poco en hacer los diagnósticos pero en general el servicio es muy bueno.
Excellent service. I have never had a problem with them (and I have brought them several teams). Sometimes they take a while to make the diagnoses but in general the service is very good.

Preguntas un estimado para una reparación y te dicen 1 día, luego llamas al día siguiente y que no saben porque dijeron eso sí todavía necesitaban pedir la pieza.
Por lo demás, mi equipo quedó bien y una vez llegó la pieza la instalaron muy rápido
I feel like sometimes they seem to tell you what you want to hear.
You ask for an estimate for a repair and they tell you 1 day, then you call the next day and they don't know why they said they still needed to order the part.
For the rest, my equipment was fine and once the part arrived they installed it very quickly
