A	A SANTIAGO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje mi Laptop me dijeron que costaba 200 pesos el diagnóstico, les llamé yo por teléfono porque ellos no se reportaron el día que me dijeron y mencionaron que necesitaban unos días más para saber mejor del problema que quizás costaría de 850 a 1200 MXN porque quizás estaba el problema en algo de la transmisión del video. Luego, al regresar por mi equipo me dijeron que no era costeable repararla, eso lo entendí. Sin embargo me dijeron que eran 350 pesos en total (a mí habían impreso un papel y me dijeron que eran 200 pesos). La persona que me atendió que al parecer era el informático, me dijo 'te dije cuando te llamé que iban a ser 150 pesos más' Yo me quedé de piedra y sorprendido porque eso fue mentira, sin embargo no quise entrar en discusiones y le dije, 'Mire, le voy a pagar los 350 pero quiero dejarle claro que usted no me mencionó absolutamente nada de otros 150 pesos'. Tan seguro estoy porqué yo soy una persona que siempre pido todo por escrito. La verdad esa parte me decepcionó muchísimo, porque es muy feo que la gente se aferre a una cosa que no puso por documento, ni por mensaje de texto ni por wasap y ellos lo saben. El señor simplemente se aferró a su palabra, dando excusas pero sin mostrar prueba de lo dicho.Yo por tanto pagué sin discutir, y le tuve que pedir una impresión por los 350 pesos ya que solo me estaba dando el ticket de pago que hice con mi tarjeta de débito. La verdad muy feo que sean así, no se vale. Yo pagué sin discutir y eso ellos lo saben, pero no me volvería a parar en ese lugar, por ese incidente que tuve, me pareció un embuste por su parte. I am so sure because I am a person who always ask for everything in writing. The truth is, that part disappointed me a lot, because it is very ugly that people cling to something that they did not put by document, or by text message or by wasap and they know it. The man simply stuck to his word, giving excuses but without showing proof of what was said, therefore I paid without arguing, and I had to ask him for an impression for the 350 pesos since he was only giving me the payment receipt that I made with my debit card. The truth is very ugly that they are like that, it is not worth it. I paid without arguing and they know that, but I would not stop there again, because of that incident I had, it seemed like a lie on their part.
