★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente no recomiendo para nada este lugar, me habían dicho que hacían buenos trabajos y creí aún despues de ver los disfraces que tenían en exivicion (muy feos) me arriesgue a encargar uno, ese día que lo encargue la señora me atendió con amabilidad y me preguntó si llevaba alguna imagen de cómo quería el traje y claro que sí llevaba, unos días antes había ido a imprimir las imágenes, la señora me dijo que le dejara la imagen y que pasará en tal fecha por el traje, fui y mi primer impresión al ver el traje fue de mucho enojo porque me mostraron un traje jigante y horrible nada parecido ( en lo absoluto ) a las imágenes que yo llevé. Me dijeron que le midiera a mi hijo para hacerle ajustes ( que según en 20 minutos me lo entregaban ) y paso más de una hora. A la capucha o gorro solo le pusieron unos listones para que le pueda yo amarrar a mi hijo ya que no le cerró con los broches que llevaba, y si les reclamas algo te dicen de manera burlona que vayas a Profeco a poner tu queja. Para la calidad de disfraces que hacen en ese lugar el precio es demaciado no lo valen.
I honestly do not recommend this place at all, they had told me that they did good jobs and I believed even after seeing the costumes they had on display (very ugly) I would risk ordering one, that day the lady ordered it, she treated me with kindness and I He asked if he had any image of how he wanted the suit and of course he did, a few days before he had gone to print the images, the lady told me to leave the image and that he will pass on that date for the suit, I went and my first impression When I saw the suit, I was very angry because they showed me a gigantic and horrible suit, nothing like (at all) the images that I took. They told me to measure my son to make adjustments (which they gave me in 20 minutes) and it took over an hour. They only put some ribbons on the hood or hat so that I can tie my son since he did not close it with the pins that he was wearing, and if you ask them for something they tell you in a mocking way that you go to Profeco to make your complaint. For the quality of costumes they make in that place the price is too much, they are not worth it.
