Primero, atención en área de ventas muy bien, sin problema.
El problema está en el área de entrega de los productos, es pésimo, no hay organización, no hay nadie que ponga orden y establezca una forma de atender correcta, demasiado personal que de nada sirve sin guía.
Mismo personal da preferencia a clientes que ya conocen en vez de respetar el orden de las facturas.
Puedes demorar hasta 1 hora para que te entreguen una sola prenda.
Preferible buscar otras opciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Tenía mucho de no ir y recordé porque había cambiado de proveedor. Ya no tienen el servicio de antes, están sobrepasados o no quieren contratar más gente. No me quisieron respetar el trato de mayorista que tenía, ya registrado con ellos. Antes checabas que tu pedido estuviera en orden antes de pagar, ahora pagas, te entregan incompleto porque la chica de ventas te agrega piezas aunque no las tengan y después te hacen mucho drama para hacerte una devolución por algo que no fue tu culpa. En todo esto pasas casi dos horas de tu tiempo por la desorganización en la entrega de los pedidos. Una desagradable experiencia de un lugar que antes tenía un mejor servicio.

Before, you used to check that your order was in order before paying, now you pay, they give you incomplete because the sales girl adds pieces to you even though they don't have them and then they make a lot of drama to make you a refund for something that wasn't your fault. In all this you spend almost two hours of your time due to the disorganization in the delivery of orders. An unpleasant experience from a place that had better service before.
