A veces vas y resulta que no tienen pollos, que esperes media hora. Ahora ya no dan cebolla asada a lo cual dije, sin problema, dame una orden aparte y te la pago. La respuesta fue: Es que ya no vamos a tener nos dijeron que cebolla ya no. Sus ventas siento que han bajado porque siempre que voy esta vacío, a veces a las 8 pm ya tienen la parrilla apagada y te dan los pollos fríos. Antes de darte un empaque bien para un negocio (caja de hielo seco) ahora te lo dan en charola y bolsa. La última vez no tenían ni si quiera salsa ó tortillas. Han descuidado mucho la sucursal. Los empleados que tienen no son precisamente del mejor perfil y siento que mucho han tenido que ver en la baja de este negocio. Ojalá levante porque sería una auténtica pena que se fueran por un mal manejo ya que si están muy ricos. Very good chicken, very rich, honestly very juicy. Recomendable como alternativa de comida rápida. Product of good size, excellent cooking, juicy, good flavor although sometimes a little salty and in the complements they are almost always a must, but well the price is quite accessible, in terms of attention, waiting time (except when there are promotions which are good), I find it very acceptable. Pedí poyo asado y me trajeron un pollo que parecía que lo habían hecho en caldo todo remojado y también pedí unas papas y me trajeron unas flautas que parecía más bien el hueso de mi perro(duras duras) y sin crema ni guacamole simples tortillas duras y sin sabor y si a eso le agregas que tardaron más de 1 hora en traer mi pedido pésimo servicio, aún no me explico que les pasó? A month ago they were the best in the area but just until today was my last purchase in this place. I asked for roasted pork and they brought me a chicken that looked like it had been made in broth all soaked and I also asked for some potatoes and they brought me some flautas that looked more like my dog's bone (hard hard) and without cream or guacamole simple hard tortillas and without flavor and if you add to that that it took more than 1 hour to bring my order, lousy service, I still can't explain what happened to them?
