Pero le soy 3 estrellas porque la persona que nos vendió el paquete Aymme no es como te lo dicen. No lo comunican con claridad. No te aclaran bien lo del "Personal Shopper" Encima, no revisan que los A/C estén con gas para enfriar al máximo. Tuvieron que comprar uno nuevo ya a un dia antes de irnos porque no servía. Los aparadores de luz no servían en todos lados. Los abanicos en las terrazas tampoco servían todos. Decían que el de mantenimiento lo iba arreglar y nos fuimos sin que se hubiera resuelto el problema. La laguna hermosa, el muelle super! Erik el capitán del Pontón excelente, atento y explico la historia del cenote en la laguna y la isla de los piratas. El personal Samuel, Paula, Tere (concierge) y otra chica que no recuerdo el nombre, con excelente servicio y siempre pendiente de nosotros.
