★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo era la primera vez que me pintaba el cabello y me atendieron muy mal. Número uno... me lo maltrataron, me dejaron el cabello frizeado y naranja y un mechón en la base guero, me lo pintarom 3 veces al final porque no lo dejaban bien y querían culparme a mi que porque no me agarraba el tono (yo no soy estilista si ocupaban decolorar me lo debieron decolorar desde el principio) Algunas empleadas necesitan capacitación de servicio al cliente. Ahora que fui a otro salón me di cuenta de la diferencia de un buen trato. No te dan sugerencias de tintes que queden con tu piel nada personalizado, al contrario si no dices que es lo que quieres tal cual se molestan. En verdad me hicieron llorar!!!
I do not recommend it was the first time I painted my hair and they treated me very badly. Number one ... they mistreated me, they left me frizeado and orange hair and a lock on the guero base, I painted it 3 times at the end because they didn't leave it well and they wanted to blame me because I didn't catch my tone (I I am not a stylist if they used to discolor I should have discolored it from the beginning) Some employees need customer service training. Now that I went to another room I realized the difference of a good deal. They do not give you suggestions of dyes that remain with your skin anything personalized, on the contrary if you do not say what you want as they bother. They really made me cry!
