★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desagradable experiencia, de comunicación, incertidumbre, pérdida de mi tiempo, fuera de la primera revisión y contacto, fueron 2 meses y 10 días de no tener respuestas claras solo evasivas después promesas de entregas que ocasionaron cambiar todo mi horario y no llegaban mucho menos se comunicaban después dejaron de contestar las llamadas y al final después de insistencia mía de mi familia y de ir a los locales sobre todo al de sta. Teresa que por cierto nunca abren fue que acabaron cambiando mi secadora por otra de menor capacidad y más golpeada pero no la instalaron ni probaron se les olvidó una manguera, que tuvimos que conseguir y unos adaptadores pero por poco me quedo sin secadora y dinero. No lo dejé al olvido ya que es mi derecho como cliente de un servicio pagado, e insistimos las veces que fueron necesarias. Tienen muy mala organización y atención al cliente.
Unpleasant experience, communication, uncertainty, waste of my time, outside the first review and contact, it was 2 months and 10 days of not having clear answers, only evasive after promises of deliveries that caused me to change my entire schedule and they did not arrive, much less communicated later they stopped answering the calls and in the end after my family's insistence and going to the locals especially to this one. Teresa that by the way they never open was that they ended up changing my dryer for another one with less capacity and more damaged but they did not install it or test it, they forgot a hose, which we had to get and some adapters but I almost ran out of dryer and money. I did not leave it to oblivion since it is my right as a client of a paid service, and we insisted as many times as necessary. They have very poor organization and customer service.
