★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres ir a comer en un lugar donde te sientes agusto la comida y la higiene sean adecuados , este no es el lugar las copas aún estaba sucias y que decir de los platos y no lo digo solo por mi ya que los comensales de a lado pasaron por la misma situación, les falta mucho en su atencion y servicio .

Fuimos a una comida en grupo, aunque la atención fue amable en todo momento, el servicio fue sumamente lento, hubo que esperar 10 o 15 minutos para recibir un vaso con agua, incluso hubo personas que nunca les llevaron las bebidas o que les entregaron platillos equivocados.
En alguna otra oportunidad iré de nuevo para cambiar la opinón.

We went to a group meal, although the attention was friendly at all times, the service was extremely slow, we had to wait 10 or 15 minutes to receive a glass of water, there were even people who never brought them drinks or gave them plates wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal lugar, servicio deficiente, el mesero no tenia claro si tenían nuestro platillo disponible. Pedimos un café y tampoco tenían porque “el horario de entrada del mesero era a las 2 pm y la chava que estaba antes no había prendido la cafetera (ya eran las 4 pm). Mesero cero profesional, la pizza que pedimos no tenia mucho sabor, como que no es hecha con ingredientes de calidad.
A los comensales de al lado también les negaron platillos y bebidas, y cuando le preguntaron al mesero el por qué no tenían esos platillos, el mesero contestó “no, pues es que no hemos tenido gente joven”. Entiendo que los productos que ofrezcan pueden ser menores esta temporada, pero eso no tendría que disminuir la calidad del servicio. No volveré a ir, lastima porque la vista es buena.
Bad place, poor service, the waiter was not sure if they had our dish available. We asked for a coffee and they didn't have them either because “the waiter's entry time was at 2 pm and the girl who was there before had not turned on the coffee pot (it was already 4 pm). Zero professional waiter, the pizza we ordered did not have much flavor, as it is not made with quality ingredients.
The diners next door were also denied food and drinks, and when they asked the waiter why they didn't have those dishes, the waiter replied "no, we haven't had young people." I understand that the products they offer may be less this season, but that should not diminish the quality of the service. I will not go again, it hurts because the view is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención por parte del personal al inicio fue excelente pero después descuidaron nuestra mesa. Pedimos en diferentes ocasiones condimentos para los alimentos pero nunca llegaron. El tiempo en llegar la comida a la mesa fue de 45 minutos .
En las guarniciones falto un poco más de sazón porque no sabía a nada.
Tienes una vista de la bola del agua y el templo de San Francisco iconos representativos de Celaya .
The attention from the staff at the beginning was excellent but later they neglected our table. We asked for condiments for the food on different occasions but they never came. The time to get the food to the table was 45 minutes.
The garnishes lack a little more seasoning because it didn't taste like anything.
You have a view of the ball of water and the temple of San Francisco, representative icons of Celaya.
