T	Timothy Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot -- quick bike ride to the beach and quick walk into the center of town. Plus, literally a 2 minute walk to Super Aki, 5 minute walk to Chedraui. The staff are super responsive and keep up with daily cleaning and maintaining the property. The WiFi is lightning fast. I've stayed here a month and it's never gone out on me -- zoom calls all day long. Water pressure if awesome in the shower too! Kitchen is huge, the apartment gets a lot of natural light, and everyone who stays here is good vibes. Very moderately priced for Tulum.
M	Mary Hart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Airbnb. The host was super responsive. We had a leaky AC unit they replaced the whole thing, gave us new sheets and a mattress. The space was perfect for 4 people. Very accessible.
H	Hillary Zahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know who is leaving the positive reviews, but our unit was dirty, bed was rock hard, small uncomfortable pillows, bathroom showing major wear, someone’s lash extension on the floor, one small hook, no hand towels, the door handle to the front door fell off & we fixed it ourselves - including pics (forgot to take a pic of the giant hairball and other dirt under the bed)

We had been a last minute problem during our trip, one of us was sick and we had to come back by emergency in our country. They were really comprehensive and accommodative. They fully refund us and for sure knowing how they are as human beings, I would recommend them and will come back at their place.
A	Aaron Montanez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 3-bedroom with a jacuzzi, and I have to say, it was AMAZING given the price. Each room has its own air conditioner (which is a necessity for Tulum), the jacuzzi is also cleaned daily in the morning, and it was very well maintained throughout our stay.
