★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isolina from Miamare, helped us to take over a sub-lease on an apartment. From the beginning she was helpful. First, she picked us up and drove us with all of our things to the apartment. Sight unseen we moved in but unfortunately the apartment did not work for us. My husband was having physical reactions to the “moist” nature of the place. We let Isolina know and she understood our concerns and worked with the managing company to make sure we were able to move. She went above and beyond to help us get into another apartment very quickly. We are truly grateful for her kind, professional service and her care for our well-being. We love the new apartment as well ... definitely a step up.
