The experience was not very pleasant, they practically ran us out of the place, the pins were thrown on the carpet every time we tried on a dress, they lack a lot of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que no la recomiendo en ningún sentido y me hicieron pasar un mal rato. Desde el principio se notaba que no querían vender, comenzando con la frase "No hay nada parecido a lo que buscas" y no se esforzaron en venderme los modelos que tenían en tienda. En el probador aventaban los alfileres al piso y varias veces al "ayudarme" a quitarme el vestido, me lastimaron con las etiquetas. Hubo otras cuestiones, pero en resumen la atención al cliente fue deplorable y sí lo comparo con otras tiendas de novia que visité, esta tienda ya no debería estar abierta.
The truth is that I do not recommend it in any way and they gave me a hard time. From the beginning it was clear that they did not want to sell, starting with the phrase "There is nothing like what you are looking for" and they did not make an effort to sell me the models they had in store. In the fitting room they threw the pins on the floor and several times when "helping" me to take off my dress, they hurt me with the tags. There were other issues, but in short the customer service was deplorable and if I compare it to other bridal shops I visited, this shop should no longer be open.
