I bought some Michel Dormir tennis shoes in liverpool, they looked good, I'm paying for them in 9 months, but in less than 2 months, they began to be made like "flip-flops", and the lining inside, and the insoles "got crooked", and gives off a certain odor. I clarify that I have many pairs of sneakers and shoes, so I turn them around, so that they can be ventilated. All my sneakers and shoes are bought in the USA, and the truth is, they are of quality. I'm still paying month after month for the Domit sneakers, and they're wearing prematurely. I went to Liverpool to claim, and as they sent them to the factory, they returned them, saying they had wear, that is, they did not please me, nor did they bother to explain anything to me! On one occasion, someone made a claim of something similar, and they answered that they subjected the product to laboratory tests, and told him what the premature wear consisted of, and they changed the product. I searched the internet for the telephone number and mail of this factory, and they do not answer or communicate. I am condemned to continue paying the monthly payments month after month, and I have my tennis shoes "stowed away" in a place in the closet, where I cannot see them, because every time I see them, I feel cheated, and it reminds me that in Mexico we do not have quality, or price, and that I will continue to buy my sneakers in the United States. I think these Domits are synthetic, or from Napa, or from Oscaria, I don't know, but they are very ugly. I didn't want to write this, until I got attention from the factory, but since I didn't receive any explanation, they didn't answer me, so I put it here. Maybe one day I'll see them in Salpica, if that's what they're up to, and there I'll show them the tennis shoes I buy, cheaper, and undoubtedly of much better quality, and if they get crooked or ugly, without a doubt and right away , they change them. Well... disappointed in cost. They are the SAME prices that appear on the Internet (and those of any other branch). I assumed because it was an "outlet", the prices would be slightly more attractive. On the other hand, great variety and the best attention. The lady who served us was very friendly, very helpful and very polite. In that sense, it was a pleasant shopping experience.
