El establecimiento cuenta con un acceso ilegal a la zona de atras en donde rompen con el reglamento de funcionamiento y operacion de bares para el ayuntamiento de San Andres, Cholula generando contaminacion auditiva inclusive mas allas de las 11pm, hora en que se deben cerrar los bares de San Andres Cholula.
Pedimos a los duenos que disminuyan el ruido generado, caso contrario los vecinos de Nolita Park y edificios cercanos estaremos entablando una denuncia formal ante las autoridades de San Andres Cholula para pedir la clausura de este establecimiento.
