★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the most annoying mechanic experiences I've had living in Mexico, they told me my car would be ready at 1 and ofcourse they didn't start working on my car until I arrived at 1, the said they balanced my tires but their machine didn't work, the said they could alignment but thier machine didn't work. I watched them only clean one brake. It was terrible and they tries to scam me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do NOT patronize this place ESPECIALLY women. I brought my car in at 11 as per my appointment. I was told it would take 1 hour. It took two + hours. THEN the credit card machine would not accept a US card. Another delay, show of phone calls etc. I said I would go get cash and got in my car as I was already late for a 1 pm appointment. Their employee, Carlos ripped the car keys out of my hand while slashing my fingers to the point where they bled and twisted my wrist. Currently have an icepack on it. Magically after all that when they ran my credit card for the second time, it worked. ¡Feliz dia de las madres! I hope Carlos' mama is ashamed for the violent acts of her son. Michelin should also be ashamed to have such a bad business with aggressive employees promoting their brand.
