The best thing is that they offer you water and coffee, and they have a waiting room with air conditioning and television to wait while they work in your car. They just need to offer cookies, to be a good cafeteria. They are too slow in their service, even for the reception of your vehicle, they also do not inform you what | It is happening with your vehicle and without informing you whether or not they have what is necessary for repair. I don't even count you in the workforce and they charge you almost like in the agency ... Of course when they start working in your car, they check everything except the levels of brake tanks, steering and coolant. And being in the waiting room you will realize that they always lose their vehicle keys.

Terrible attention online, by phone and in person, little availability of tires, they offer you what they want, they take a long time to give you information. I made an appointment for 4 tires and they gave me only 2, the other two never came and they changed the prices, the installation was not good in the end I had to go to another tire shop, I do not recommend it at all, the prices are not the best and it they offer is not much different from other tire shops.

Now they only attend you by appointment when before they even offered to take you to your workplace while they had your car ready. In terms of mechanics, they have always worked well. On the people who receive the cars, they should teach customer service because they lack a lot, especially when they put women to do it and it is not because of discrimination but because they do not know the problems of the cars in depth and they give you information without knowing. In short, it is a good place, with a privileged location (that's why so many customers) but with a very average service.
