★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El técnico de esta sucursal, es incompetente, le comenté de un problema que tiene mi teléfono con las llamadas, y me mando a mi casa a sincronizar mi iPhone con mi computadora, AÚN CUANDO LE COMENTE QUE ESTO NO FUNCIONABA, me dijo que entonces el no podría hacer nada por mi.
Tuve que ir a Plaza Slp donde no hay técnico actualmente y un empleado me comento lo mismo que me dijeron en el teléfono de Apple: que este técnico se debió haber comunicado con Apple para solucionar mi problema.
En resumén o es un flojo o un incompetente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lleve mi iPhone a q le cambiaran la batería y me dijeron que lo iban a revisar , luego me dijeron q no se podía q porq había humedad cuando mi celular jamás se mojo , me dijeron q lo cambiara por uno nuevo y dije q si , se quedaron con mi celular y me vendieron otro igual al mío y más caro que lo q costaban y le dije ok es nuevo démelo en su caja y no me dieron nada así nada más el iPhone y el q lleve a revisión se lo quedaron ellos ya no me lo quisieron regresar , son unos ladrones
