★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y pésima calidad en cuanto sus equipos, te venden y te dicen que tienes garantía y a la hora te culpan por las fallas que traen sus sistemas y equipos, te cobran por "arreglar" las fallas y después los equipos vuelven a fallar... El punto es que terminas pagando más porque no te respetan la garantía, te cobran por "arreglar" lo que no servía desde un principio y tienes que buscar soluciones por otro lado porque ellos se lavan las manos.... Definitivamente no vuelvo a adquirir nada con ellos y mucho menos los recomendaría, espero mi comentario sirva para que nadie más pase por lo mismo. ?
Terrible service and poor quality in terms of their equipment, they sell you and tell you that you have a guarantee and at the time they blame you for the failures that their systems and equipment bring, they charge you for "fixing" the failures and then the equipment fails again .. The point is that you end up paying more because they do not respect the guarantee, they charge you to "fix" what did not work from the beginning and you have to look for solutions on the other hand because they wash their hands ... I will definitely not go back to buy anything with them and much less recommend them, I hope my comment serves so that no one else goes through the same. ?
