★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is no 4 star hotel but, it was clean, safe and had good WiFi. The staff was the real winner here. My AeroMexico flight was cancelled and the airline was kind enough to get me a room here and taxis too and from Microtel. They were very helpful with the experience and even helped coordinate the early morning taxi back to the airport. The room and bed was as good as many much higher end hotels. There was also a Chili's next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall not too bad ! Found it not a good value for the money ! The photos make it look better than it is ! They cut corners on everything from bath supplies to water and breakfast ! The security guard was very nice throughout our stay ! Wouldn't stay again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located along the highway, dog friendly and good breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel has seen better days, carpet needs a good cleaning , you only get two towels despite being a double room , towels were fraying, and the plaster on one of the exterior walls has been coming off.
Manuel was great at the front desk as well as the rest of the staff . Hopefully they can invest some more on the facilities

There's no way of letting the staff know for them not to clean the room so I was woken up a couple times in the morning and we had to ask for more blankets, towels, pillows, etc; Even when we advise we ware more than 1 person. I'm still submitting 4 stars as the staff was super kind and the place was super clean.
