★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't supply the service what they promised us on june 7 2019 we wanted to rent rooms for over to 2 weeks with our 5 children.They promise us they had 2 cribs.Once i paid for the room and one we wanted our cribs they told us they didnt have any.Once they have your money they dont care.I wouldn't go here .Spring waters hotel and suites is where u should go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just here for one night and had a great time! We got a suite, so our room was quite spacious with a king and a queen bed. Pool is awesome - perfect for kids, not too deep, and nice and warm. Hot tub is great too. Breakfast was superb: chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, atole, beans, rajas, fruit, yogurt and the usual cereals/bread. Thanks for a lovely mini-vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time staying with you, but I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness. One thing that really impressed me was that just about all the staff knew some English. The only thing I could say on the negative side is I wish they would have given me a break on the room price since it was the only room they had left. I'm from northern Alberta and had just gotten out of rehab. I was there from May 29 to June 1st 2019. Beautiful motel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly and prompt staff along with a clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The theme is a modern take and definitely comfortable. Good traditional breakfast and right beside a tasty pizza restaurant named la Sierra. All in all am enjoyable stay and definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay here approximately every month. The rooms and beds are fine. Parking is good. Breakfast is mediocre. Our biggest issue is the water temperature in the bathrooms. Every time we come we have to ask for hot water, and they either have to turn up the hot water heater, or adjust the safety valve in the shower behind the faucet. We’re positive they adjust it back again after we leave, because they’ve adjusted it in the same room a couple of time.
