F	Flor Karrillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, les platico como me fue a mi , fui a este hotel x que otros huéspedes habían dado buenas reseñas, me dieron un precio x teléfono pero como no hice la reserva con en ese momento ,el chico que me atendió me dijo que había poquita gente en el hotel , me dijeron que el check inn era a las 3 y el check out a la 1, a las 12 me llamaron para que me saliera o me iban a cobrar extra, me estaba saliendo de bañar y ni peinar me dejaron ya, la alberca dicen que máximo 20 petsonas pero si con 12 ya parecíamos sardinas con 20 no me quiero ni imaginar, el precio incluía una cena gratis x habitación y no nos dieron nada, solo desayuno que solo hay chilaquiles que es lo único rescatable, huevos, papas ,sándwich y cereal y sandia o sea nada plus, y aparte el carácter de los recepcionista s deja mucho que desear, en fin perdieron un cliente . que podía llegar sin reserva ion pero ya no me respetaron el precio dado , 400 pesos mas¡¡¡ Disappointing, I'll tell you how it went for me, I went to this hotel because other guests had given good reviews, they gave me a price by phone but since I didn't make the reservation at that time, the guy who attended me told me that there was little people at the hotel, they told me that check in was at 3 and check out at 1, at 12 they called me to leave or they were going to charge me extra, I was coming out of a bath and they didn't even let me do my hair , the pool they say that maximum 20 people but if with 12 we already looked like sardines with 20 I do not even want to imagine, the price included a free dinner per room and they did not give us anything, only breakfast that there is only chilaquiles which is the only salvageable thing, eggs , potatoes, sandwich and cereal and watermelon that is nothing extra, and apart from the character of the receptionists leaves much to be desired, in short they lost a client. that I could arrive without a reservation but they no longer respected the price given, 400 pesos more!

Cabe mencionar que contaban con buffet para el desayuno. The rooms are clean as well as the beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom had the necessary supplies for its use, however, there was no room service and it was quite inconvenient to be going downstairs every time you wanted a food or drink. La velocidad del Internet es buena. Cuenta con alberca y gimnasio. El desayuno que ofrecen es bueno con opciones de fruta y platillos salados. Good hotel for a short stay or business. El personal de recepción en todos momento igual es amables y atento. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y cómodas. Lo único malo son las sábanas que parecen de papel , pero puedes pedir en recepción un cobertor el cual también es muy delago pero te tapa un poco más Breakfast is good and rich.
