★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, me quisieron robar cobrandome por un servicio que nunca se hizo, me di cuenta gracias a que lo llevé con otro mecánico por tantos malos comentarios que me dieron diferentes personas acerca de Midas, y dicho y hecho me quisieron ver la cara, les reclamé y aun demostrandoles que no hicieron el trabajo el gerente y el mecánico de Midas aseguraban que si lo hicieron, cuando enfrente de sus narices tenían las pruebas de que no, sin mencionar que usan piezas equivalentes que no son las que indica el manual del carro y te las cobran como si fueran las especificadas, perdí 3 meses esperando a que me entregaran las piezas correctas y nunca se hicieron responsables, si les llega a pasar esto, es mejor levantar la queja directa con el corporativo de Midas, solo asi te hacen algo de caso, en conclusión no vayan ahí
Lousy service and attention, they wanted to steal me charging me for a service that was never done, I realized thanks to the fact that I took it with another mechanic for so many bad comments that different people gave me about Midas, and said and done they wanted to see my face , I claimed them and even showing them that they did not do the job the manager and the mechanic of Midas assured that if they did, when in front of their noses they had the evidence that they did not, not to mention that they use equivalent parts that are not those indicated in the manual of the car and they charge them as if they were the specified ones, I lost 3 months waiting for the correct parts to be delivered to me and they never took responsibility, if this happens to them, it is better to raise the direct complaint with the Midas corporate, just like that they make you some case, in conclusion don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trabajo pero descuidan mucho la atención a los clientes, deje mi camioneta y quedaron de entregarla un miércoles, el jueves la tenían lista pero no me avisaron para pasar por ella y me quede a pié 1 día más. Me pareció de mal gusto... El viernes tampoco me avisaron tube que marcar e ir por ella, atendieron a varios clientes antes que a mi y a TODOS les dieron descuento que realmente no es un descuento solo lo dicen para hacer sentir mejor a los clientes y hacer que dejen ahí sus vehículos... Cuando me entregaron la camioneta y por poco me voy sin los tapetes porque la lavaron y olvidaron ponerlos de nuevo, el trabajo mecánico es bueno pero el encargado detrás del mostrador es de lo peor.
Good job but they neglect customer service a lot, I left my truck and they agreed to deliver it on a Wednesday, on Thursday they had it ready but they didn't tell me to go through it and I stayed on foot for 1 more day. I thought it was in bad taste ... On Friday they didn't tell me what to mark and go for it, they attended to several clients before me and they all gave them a discount that really is not a discount they only say it to make the clients feel better and make them leave their vehicles there ... When they gave me the truck and I almost went without the mats because they washed it and forgot to put them back, the mechanical work is good but the manager behind the counter is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil opinar, porque tengo muchos años yendo y me ha tocado cambio de administración más de un par de veces. Han tenido detalles malos, pero en general la atención es buena y el servicio es rápido; los precios son accesibles, pero no económicos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no vuelvo a llevar mi auto , pague un servicio carretero que incluía alineación y balanceo , limpieza y ajuste de frenos y solo cambiaron el aceite y filtro ....no lo lavarón tampoco y primera vez que me expreso asi de un local negativamente ni una estrella se merece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ e comprado aqui un par de llantas y hay buena atencion, precios competirivos, en una ocacion no tenian la medida de la llanta y fueron por ella a traerla y tube que esperar 30 min aproximadamente.
