★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar caro para el servicio que brindan, me parecen algo confiables sin embargo no son muy profesionales dejan mucho que desear. ? en mi caso fue el mismo costo que en la agencia pero con el trato de un taller mecánico y cobre muchos detalles sin reparar por "exceso de trabajo"
 It is an expensive place for the service they provide, I find them somewhat reliable but they are not very professional, they leave a lot to be desired. ? in my case it was the same cost as in the agency but with the treatment of a mechanical workshop and charge many details without repairing for "excess work"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención de primera, todo bien explicado y claro, el servicio bueno el carro se siente bien , me dieron mis opciones y no presionaron para vender más servicios , la honestidad se respeta y se premia con más servicios, el precio lo sentí competitivo no el más barato ni el más caro pero la relación precio y calidad vale la pena. Me arriesgue y me fue bien.??
Attention first, everything well explained and clear, good service, the car feels good, they gave me my options and they did not press to sell more services, honesty is respected and rewarded with more services, the price I felt competitive not the most Cheap nor the most expensive but the price and quality ratio is worth it. I took a risk and it went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron un mal servicio, pague por la mano de obra, lleve las piezas (balatas) y los mecánicos me hicieron gastar en unos candados que no se necesitaban, además los pusieron muy mal que se oía como se fueran a caer. Hablé con la señorita de atención a clientes para que me pasará con el gerente, y me dice que no asistiría en unos días. Da mucho coraje porque pague por un servicio y la verdad no sirven.
They gave me a bad service, I paid for the labor, took the parts (brake pads) and the mechanics made me spend on some padlocks that were not needed, they also put them very badly that it sounded like they were going to fall. I spoke with the lady from customer service to see the manager, and she tells me that she would not be there for a few days. It gives a lot of courage because I pay for a service and the truth is they do not serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acostumbraba llevar mis coches a servicio y reparación, deje de llevarlos porque la ultima vez llevé el coche a una reparación por sobrecalentamiento y como era costosa la reparación decidí revisar el coche para estar seguro que estaba gastando bien mi dinero. Mi sorpresa fue que había piezas que no habían cambiado y se me estaban cobrando. Exigí que me cambiaran todo y no tuve problema que me respondieran por ese "error" pero tuve que estar al pendiente hasta que todo se remplazó, literal frente al coche. Simplemente perdieron mi confianza, mi recomendacion es que revisen muy bien su coche antes que salga del taller de que todo lo que te cobren sea remplazado (aplica para cualquier mecánico claro)
I used to take my cars to service and repair, I stopped taking them because the last time I took the car to a repair for overheating and as the repair was expensive I decided to check the car to be sure that I was spending my money well. My surprise was that there were parts that had not changed and I was being charged. I demanded that they change everything and I had no problem being answered for that "mistake" but I had to be on the lookout until everything was replaced, literally in front of the car. They simply lost my confidence, my recommendation is that they check their car very well before it leaves the workshop so that everything they charge you is replaced (applies to any mechanic of course)
