★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me citan a las 9 am y me dicen que me reciben en 2 horas. ¿Entonces para qué me dan cita? Me dan un precio por servicio y a la mera hora me dan otros más caro. Que falta de respeto y de confianza.
They summon me at 9 am and tell me that they will see me in 2 hours. So why are you giving me an appointment? They give me a price for service and at the mere hour they give me more expensive ones. What a lack of respect and trust.

Good place to do minor tunings, nice service, market price; they follow hygiene protocols even though they don't have a mat.

Llegué a mi cita de las 9am, ni un buenos días cuando entré y me dejaron esperando más de 15 minutos en lo que resolvían algo al teléfono, ni siquiera un "disculpe, ahora le atiendo". Se ve que les vale dar un buen servicio, ni dejé mi carro. Ni de chiste regreso a ese lugar.
Terrible customer service, the secretariat is very rude. I arrived at my 9am appointment, not a good morning when I entered and they left me waiting for more than 15 minutes while they solved something on the phone, not even a "excuse me, now I'll answer you". It is clear that they are worth giving a good service, nor did I leave my car. No joke I return to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente por parte de la señorita que está frente al mostrador, muy mal humorada llegando a grosera. Además de que solo fui por un servicio mayor y me regresaron el auto con 25 km extra de recorrido. Al final, de manera muy breve y de mala gana me explicaron lo que hicieron a mi auto. No sé si volveré.
Very bad customer service from the lady in front of the counter, very grumpy and rude. In addition to that I only went for a major service and they returned my car with an extra 25 km of travel. In the end, very briefly and reluctantly they explained to me what they did to my car. I do not know if I will return.

Next day. I drove my car around today and it actually runs like brand new. I’m very happy with the whole experience. Go to them for great service.
