★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es demasiado lenta, únicamente cuentan con una chica para atender y eso dificulta el avance.
Por otro lado, si acudes a la sucursal en la API la cosa se pone peor, su horario es súper corto, descansan cualquier día aunque no sea inhábil y la atención es pésima.
Attention is too slow, they only have one girl to attend to and that makes progress difficult.
On the other hand, if you go to the branch in the API, things get worse, their hours are super short, they rest any day even if it is not non-business hours and the service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you lose your slip, while in Mexico, go here before you board. It was $30 USD, or $600 pesos. It took zero time. Literally they stamped it, I filled it out and went on my merry way to check in. Literally the same day I traveled.
