★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an expat living in Monterrey, I found Chapultepec HEB a welcome place to go for groceries.
Other than the local Walmart and native Soriana, there are limited stores to go shopping for groceries and necessities.
I found the HEB stocked with familiar items, the only drawback is the distance traveled from the store, especially when having purchased frozen or cold items, other than that, I find having an HEB around here very helpful.
