★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airport is fine, but the chaos of checking in and bag drop is quite impressive. Arrive early. Sadly not enough staff for check ins and they were calling people for flights that were closer to taking off and not the line que. Once through security, which was easy and organized, it's a great airport.

This time many delayed flight
I slept one night in the airport because of cancelation, but the airline doesn't take care of Us, so we slept in the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience at this airport. So organized and they actually use common sense for once. We were going to be late for our connecting flight that was waiting for us at this airport. They had an employee come out and tell use to not worry about the time, they are their to make sure we don't miss our flight and pulled everyone aside for that flight and had us go into the airport a different way so we wouldn't have to circle around and lose any more time. They got us in the terminal, checked our credentials and got us out of there in a timely manner. Overall, very pleased by their work. Will make sure my layover if any, will be at the airport when traveling to Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volaris Airlines ✈️✈️✈️ is a great low cost carrier in Mexico. They have great service and prices. They have food and snacks ?for sale onboard plus beer ? and wine ?. ??? I love the way the flight attendants ??✈️??✈️??✈️ open the luggage bins and go row by row for passengers to disembark. It is very orderly.

I don't understand why they ask for Covid testing, guess it is a good business for them and they just say it is requirements for US where in US they never ask for it at the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrival from USA involved a stop at Immigration with a completed form and then a stop at Customs after collecting luggage and completing a second form. Keep moving forward and you can’t mistake where to go. Clean restrooms upon arrival and clean building. If you’re taking a taxi, prepay in the terminal before you exit. Staff were efficient.
People were polite and followed protocol without a fuss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy...a little chaotic in the traffic of the pickup area. However, people are polite and helpful. The aisle ways near the gates are wide enough to allow a good experience. Plenty of bathrooms and pretty clean. Positive experience for holiday traveling.
