★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo utilizo el app para pagarmi colegiatura, el dia Jueves 26 de marzo fui a depositar el dinero para pagar mi colegiatura a traves de un cajero bancomer, se debe tardar a mas 24 hrs en acreditars el depositoen la cuenta mio, el dia viernes no se habia aclarado el pago en la cuenta asi que decidi contactar soporte al cliente, donde me dijeron que el deposito se reembolsaria a mi cuenta de banco, proporciones mi numero de cable y toda la informacion necesaria para que me reembolsaran mi dinero, la ejecutiva Fernanda me aseguro que apartir de ese momento despues de 2 hrs se veria refeljado el deposito en mi cuenta de banco, no paso asi asi que el dia sabado 28 de marzo me volvi a poner en co tacto con ATC y nuevamente presente mi queja y me volvieron a decir lo mismo que ese mismo dia sabado se veria reflejado el deposito en mi cuenta de banco, hoy domingo el reembolso no se ha reflejado en mi cuenta bancaria ni se ha acreditado en mi cuenta miio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que trata de hacer BUENAS e INTERESANTES cosas, pero no lo logra, bloquearon cuatro veces mi cuenta sin razón, y cuatro veces me pidieron documentos de identidad...(que poca seriedad), la compra de boletos de cine llega a fallar, y el plan gratis. NO EXISTE como tal, hay que llamar a atención a clientes para solicitarlo. En lo personal NO los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miio es una empresa que te ayuda a incursionar en el sistema financiero de México, es una buena opción para comenzar, sin embargo si tienes contratos con otras empresas financieras y/o telefónicas no es una muy buena opción ya que deja mucho que desear de frente a las demás empresas que ofrecen el servicio.

Es bueno el servicio y muy noble, siento que si empiezan a crecer más, también su infraestructura y personal tendría que robustecerse.
