Por cierto si quieren comprar aquí no se quejen con Valeria cuando su producto llegue mal porque a la mujer NO SOPORTA el trato al cliente, ella solo se encarga de ser la cara de una marca mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar lindo, decoración increíble. Los productos de esta marca son súper bonitos & accesibles. Quizás un tanto pequeño & un poco lento el servicio de atención pero en general bien. Se encuentra muy cerca del metro Cuauhtémoc.
Cute place, amazing decor. The products of this brand are super nice & affordable. Maybe a little small & a little slow the service of attention but generally good. It is very close to the Cuauhtémoc metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llegó mi producto, entre ellos una tinta para labios me percate al segundo día de que se tira toda y no la puedes traer en la bolsa sino quieres que te ensucie todo, creí que era la única pero leyendo más reseñas es algo común con este producto y se hace como que pegajoso. Esperaba más calidad ya que no se parece al que promocionan ya puesto.

Compré mi paleta LUZY hace un año por internet (18/06/2020) la saqué hoy y olía a oxidado. Cuando la revise detenidamente en las orillas de varias sombras tenía oxidado. Y sacrifique la sombra negra y la saqué del empaque y como se muestra en la foto está todo el contenedor oxidado.
Y ahora recuerdo que la semana pasada que la use, la sombra amarilla tenía unas manchitas negras, la limpie y la use ?. Pero no le tome foto. Supongo que es el óxido que está entrando en la sombra.
La verdad es que estoy muy triste. Por qué ni las de bissu se me han hecho así.
A alguien le pasó así?

I bought my LUZY palette a year ago online (06/18/2020) I took it out today and it smelled rusty. When I looked closely at the edges of several shadows I had rusty. And I sacrificed the black shade and took it out of the packaging and as pictured the whole container is rusty.
And now I remember that last week I used it, the yellow shadow had some black spots, I cleaned it and used it ?. But don't take a picture of it. I guess it is the rust that is entering the shade.
The truth is that I am very sad. Why not even the bissu ones have been made like that to me.
Has it happened to someone like this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue mi primera vez visitando la tienda y fue una sorpresa muy bonita el encontrar a Miku, Mane y todo el equipo. (Me emocioné mucho y por pena no pedí foto, pero ame verlos trabajando en lo que aman).
La tienda está muy linda y hay gran atención por parte de todo el equipo. Yo solo fui a recoger pedido... Paquete Dr. Clean Face ?? (paquete con morral en $500).
Lo probé y me encantó, realmente sentí la limpieza del jabón, la hidratación es muy buena y deja la piel muy tersa. Definitivamente lo seguiré comprando ??
Cómo regalito extra compré una tinta de labios color Cereza en $150. También excelente producto huele y sabe a cereza, gran pigmentación y no tiene transferencia una vez seca.
Me encanta los productos que compre, volveré por más, gracias equipo Miku Cosmetics.
It was my first time visiting the store and it was a very nice surprise to find Miku, Mane and the whole team. (I got very excited and I didn't ask for a photo out of pity, but I loved seeing them working on what they love).
The store is very nice and there is great attention from the entire team. I just went to pick up the order... Dr. Clean Face Package ?? (package with backpack for $500).
I tried it and I loved it, I really felt the cleanliness of the soap, the hydration is very good and it leaves the skin very smooth. I will definitely keep buying it ??
As an extra gift I bought a Cherry lip tint for $150. Also excellent product smells and tastes like cherry, great pigmentation and has no transfer once dry.
I love the products I buy, I will come back for more, thank you Miku Cosmetics team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda vez que voy a comprar. De regreso a casa con mis productos, empecé a ver los comentarios negativos de la marca y hasta me empecé a preocupar. Llegando a casa revisé caducidad, olores y cheque los terminados, he usado el agua micelar, rimel, tinta para labios desde hace 5 meses aproximadamente y no tengo problemas con ellos, esta vez traje a casa el jabón para la cara, una paletita de sombras y el desmaquillante. Me quedo tranquila hasta el día de hoy por que creo que es justo el precio que pagamos VS lo que recibimos, hasta barato se me hace ?? entendí todo el show que se traen contra la marca después de ver los videos de miku. Las fórmulas me parecen buenas y los envases a pesar de ser sencillos se entiende por el precio, las etiquetas son bonitas y tienen sus detalles que se nota que le pusieron empeño en ellas. Me parece justa la calidad-precio que manejan. Como en todo en esta vida, hay cosas que no les va a gustar y cosas que si ??♀️??♀️ la única manera de comprobarlo es probarlo por uno mismo ???
This is the second time I'm going to buy. Back home with my products, I started to see negative comments about the brand and I even started to worry. Arriving home I checked the expiration date, smells and check the finishes, I have used micellar water, mascara, lip tint for approximately 5 months and I have no problems with them, this time I brought home the face soap, a palette of shadows and the makeup remover. I remain calm to this day because I think the price we pay VS what we receive is fair, it even seems cheap to me ?? I understood the whole show that they bring against the brand after seeing miku's videos. The formulas seem good to me and the packaging, despite being simple, is understood by the price, the labels are pretty and have details that show that they put effort into them. The quality-price they handle seems fair to me. As in everything in this life, there are things you won't like and things you will ??♀️??♀️ the only way to check it is to try it for yourself ???
