Their cakes are very rich and not so sweet. I really like the carrot, chocolate and their apple pie is amazing.

Good cakes, the chocolate and carrot ... ufffff it's worth the price. Also the box where they give it to you is very nice bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé y la señora que contesta es muy prepotente, se le preguntó sobre los pasteles y contestaba muy sarcásticamente, deberían mejorar la calidad en su atención al cliente.
Fuera de eso tienen buenos productos, pero así no dan ganas de comprar :)
I called and the lady who answers is very arrogant, was asked about the cakes and answered very sarcastically, they should improve the quality of their customer service.
Outside of that they have good products, but that way they don't make you want to buy :)

verdad si son ricos en sabor pero en el precio se pasan una rebanadita de pastel de chocolate americano 55 pesos? Es una exageración y por si fuera poco si es una pequeña rebanadita esos precios si que son exagerados y bueno como ya la habia pedido la pague pero primera y ultima.

true if they are rich in flavor but in the price they spend a slice of American chocolate cake 55 pesos? It is an exaggeration and if that were not enough if it is a small slice those prices if they are exaggerated and good as I had already asked for the payment but first and last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de los pasteles excelente sin embargo la actitud de una de las tres trabajadoras del turno de ahorita (3:20) tiene pésima actitud para atender al cliente, acabo de comprar un pastel, cuando ví que lo agarro luego luego lo estaba metiendo a la casa, en eso comenté si podía agregar letras o frase al pastel y para pronto con actitud negativa responde la mujer "no es que no se puede, no se puede agregar por ningún lado porque trae chocolate por tidos lados", preferí terminar el diálogo .... Pero apoco ni un HBD o aún por encima de los pedazos de chocolate se puede escribir algo? La verdad que que pesimísta esa trabajadora.
The taste of the cakes is excellent, however the attitude of one of the three workers on the shift right now (3:20) has a terrible attitude to serve the customer, I just bought a cake, when I saw that I grabbed it then then I was putting it in the house, in that I commented if I could add letters or phrases to the cake and soon with a negative attitude the woman answers "it is not that it cannot be, it cannot be added anywhere because it brings chocolate from all sides", I preferred to end the dialogue .... But little or no HBD or even on top of the pieces of chocolate you can write something? The truth is that that worker is pessimistic.
