F	FHERLI PUBLICIDAD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe un problema grave en los establecimientos y es que la mayoría de los empleados no tienen la cultura de atención al cliente, sólo trabajan por ganar su sueldo pero no aman su trabajo, tuvimos esa mala experiencia en negocios al nivel como Walmart, Aurrera y otros también del Centro Histórico, SIN EMBARGO ( y lo pongo en mayúsculas) recibimos una atención muy agradable y bastante cordial desde que entramos a la tienda de parte de la Señora Patricia, quien labora en esta sucursal de Milano. Nos permitió disfrutar nuestra visita y aunque la intención era adquirir sólo una prenda, terminamos llevándonos un guardarropa completo ya que el trato por parte de la señora fue excelente. Ojalá muchos empleados comprendieran que no sólo es trabajar para ganar algo, hay que disfrutar lo que hacen, no porque tengan su sueldo seguro les valga la cortesía y la buena atención, vigilen como gerentes ésto. Nos retiramos de esta sucursal muy a gusto con la compra y contentos por el trato recibido de la Señora Paty, sin duda regresaremos en un futuro. We left this branch very comfortable with the purchase and happy for the treatment received from Mrs. Paty, without a doubt we will return in the future.
