Herbey was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me find alexandrite jewelry that I liked and was in my price range. He spent a lot of time with me and really listened to what I was looking for. I am excited to go back and visit Herbey soon. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful time in Cozumel with Hemant and Alejandra selecting a beautiful custom diamond ring. I was searching for a specific ring that would look similar to my grandmother's ring. I was unable to locate it. Hemant suggested that we create a custom ring. I was limited on time because I had to return back to our ship. However, everyone worked quickly and efficiently and we were able to create a spectacular replica of my grandmothers ring. I look forward to my return in November 2023. Thank you to everyone involved. It was a great day and lots of fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of being helped by Payal and Hemant on three separate trips to the store now. They both have a vast knowledge about f the products and what was currently in the store. They had several pieces brought in from their other stores they thought I may be interested in. They were professional and knowledgeable and I never felt they were pushing me. Top notch service completely. And they have an excellent jeweller . I had a stone reset in a ring and earrings I bought there changed to leaver backs. Both were very well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into the Cozumel location specifically looking for an Omega necklace with pendant that was shown to us on our cruise for $99. They did not have the beautiful pendant that was shown on the necklace but a much smaller one that also had larimar on it, which was not to my taste.
I was upset that they advertised something they didn't have available. I was able to purchase a similar pendant with the necklace but the total cost was $169. I'm happy with the pendant but it felt like a bait and switch.
We went to touch of gold on the same trip and were able to get exactly what they advertised on the cruise ship for even less money than advertised because I wanted a shorter Omega necklace than the advertised one. They had a selection of pendants to choose from that matched what was advertised and we left very pleased with touch of gold.
I gave 3 stars to Milano because the people were very helpful and friendly but they shouldn't advertise something they don't have available.
