★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que estaban en plena delegación Coyoacán son pésimos; la señora -de nombre Abril- que ahí trabajaba ya fue puesta en denuncia frente a transparencia de la SEDENA por malos tratos y corrupción en el proceso de la cartilla. De igual modo, el hombre que trabaja ahí y recibe papeles se inició proceso de transparencia en SEDENA porque tratan mal, infunden miedo y nervios a los chicos y son tan cínicos que no hacen absolutamente nada. No hay avisos, te tratan de mala gana y se sienten intocables.
No hay aclaración de documentos, atienden tarde y se largan temprano. Me han hecho ir 4 veces para decirme que vuelva en un mes. Esto desde noviembre de 2016. Por favor, ante cualquier maltrato o irregularidades en el servicio que es su trabajo reportarlo al 2000 2000 o 2000 3000 ambos a la extensión 2164. Es labor de todos que estas personas mejoren su servicio o los corran. Colabora para que así como la señora Abril ya no labora ahí, el tipo que atiende sea despedido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amigo no es una opinión pero quisiera saber si ahí expiden la constancia de inexistencia de matrícula militar, ya que soy del estado de morelos pero naci en México, y el municipio de donde vivo me pide esa constancia de donde nací ya que soy remiso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a las 14 hrs y no había mucha gente. El trato es hostil y enérgico. En la convocatoria de cartilla las especificaciones de requisitos no son detallados:
1- El acta de nacimiento debe ser original y la última actualización.
2- Certificado de estudios original de secundaria. (No me admitieron título universitario ni certificado de prepa)
3- Comprobante de domicilio original y el del mes en curso o el anterior. Si lo pagas anual te piden el ticket de pago que lo compruebe.
4- Las fotografías literal con casquete corto con máquina del no. 1. Me regresaron las mías por tener peinado con gel.
5- El curp con nuevo formato.
Lleva pluma de tinta negra y mucha paciencia para soportar el trámite. Suerte!

Cuenta con un señor que brinda informes y argumenta que se abrió la oficina desde Octubre del 2020, pero por estar en semáforo rojo, las actividades se reanudarán aproximadamente el 08/02/2021.
Que cualquier duda, te comuniques al número de las imágenes para no dar la vuelta en valde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron súper rápido. En cuestión de 30 minutos ya me habían recibido los papeles y estaba saliendo del lugar.
El horario de atención es de 8:30am a 1:30pm, aunque dice que es de 9:00am a 2:00pm.
Yo de preferencia, recomiendo ir temprano, hay menos personas esperando.
En el horario que fui, entregaron 3 personas sus papeles y a otras dos las regresaron por incumplir el formato de las fotos.
Les dejo la lista de papeles que deben entregar.
They took care of me super fast. In a matter of 30 minutes they had already received my papers and I was leaving the place.
The hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, although it says it is from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
I preferably recommend going early, there are fewer people waiting.
