Muy buen servicio sin ningún problema y el precio fue muy razonable. Volveré a negociar con millenium en el futuro sin duda. Les agradezco mucho toda su atención.
I rented a car with millenium last week and it was a pleasure. The ladies who attended me were very friendly and professional at all times. Very good service without any problem and the price was very reasonable. I will negotiate with millenium in the future without a doubt. I thank you very much for all your attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (ENGLISH) First and foremost I would like to inform you that we have been customers for Millenium for over 4 years. Not sure what happened if administration changed or if they just lost their customer service skills. We rented a vehicle on a Friday morning, on our way to our destination our rental vehicle started to break down. We were stuck in the middle of the highway calling and texting Millenium that the car is no longer working. We received a phone call about 2 hours later. After finding out that the gas in the vehicle was completely empty. But the gauge to measure how much gas we had left was still at half a tank. We told them the situation. And they absolutely did nothing. We didn’t use the car while we were on our vacation until it was time to come back to drop off the vehicle. On our way back the car did the same thing. It started to slow down. Luckily we were close by a town to be able to put gas. We arrived to the office and they did NOTHING again. They actually even charged us more because we didn’t return the vehicle on time. There was no way we would make it on time with a vehicle that is not even working. A week passes by and they text us to let us know that the vehicle’s gas pump was not adjusted right and this is why the gas gauge was wrong this whole time. Putting my family and myself at risk. After this horrible experience I have no trust in this company whatsoever. The way they handled the situation, and still making us pay for a service that was not what we signed up for. So this is your fair warning! Unless you want to be stranded in the middle of the highway in Mexico at night. Do not rent from this establishment. We requested documents confirming they do a vehicle inspection prior to leasing the vehicles out and I had no response.
(SPANISH) En primer lugar, me gustaría informarles que somos clientes de Millenium desde hace más de 4 años. No estoy seguro de qué sucedió si la gerencia cambió o si simplemente perdieron sus habilidades de servicio al cliente. Alquilamos un vehículo un viernes por la mañana, de camino a nuestro destino, nuestro vehículo comenzó a averiarse. Estábamos atrapados en medio de la carretera llamando y enviando mensajes de texto a Millenium para decirles que el automóvil ya no funcionaba. Recibimos una llamada telefónica aproximadamente 2 horas después. Resultaba que la gasolina en el vehículo estaba completamente vacía. Pero el manómetro para medir la cantidad de gasolina que nos quedaba todavía estaba en medio tanque. Les contamos la situación a Millenium y no hicieron absolutamente nada. No usamos el automóvil mientras estábamos de vacaciones hasta que llegó el momento de regresar para dejar el vehículo puesto a que bo confiábamos en el vehículo. En nuestro camino de regreso, el auto hizo lo mismo. Empezó a trabarse. Por suerte estábamos cerca de un pueblo para poder poner gasolina. Llegamos a la oficina y no volvieron a hacer NADA. De hecho, incluso nos cobraron más porque no devolvimos el vehículo a tiempo. No había forma de que pudiéramos llegar a tiempo con un vehículo que ni siquiera funciona. Pasa una semana y nos envían un mensaje de texto para informarnos que la bomba de gasolina del vehículo no estaba bien ajustada y es por eso que el indicador de gasolina estuvo mal todo este tiempo. Después de esta horrible experiencia, no tengo ninguna confianza en esta empresa. La forma en que manejaron la situación y aún nos hicieron pagar por un servicio que no era para lo que habíamos pedido.Así que esta es tu justa advertencia! A menos que quieras quedarte parado en medio de la carretera en México por la noche. No rentes en este establecimiento. Solicitamos documentos que confirmen que realizan una inspección del vehículo antes de arrendar los vehículos y no obtuve respuesta. No confíen en este establecimiento, sus carros no funcionan y no les importa la seguridad de sus clientes. Renten en el aeropuerto.

Do not trust this establishment, their cars do not work and they do not care about the safety of their customers. Rent at the airport.
