Sus postres y productos son riquísimos y siempre con un sabor muy bien balanceado: lo suficientemente dulces pero sin que sean empalagosos. Eso en lo particular es difícil de encontrar. Recomiendo mucho sus alfajores de maicena con dulce de leche que son épicos, también tiene alfajores keto para aquellas personas que prefieran una opción con menos carbohidratos/azúcar (desde que los probé yo creo que sueño con ellos, están deliciosos! )También hace pasteles personalizados y le quedan increíbles. Le encargué uno para una ocasión especial y le quedó mejor de lo que lo imaginaba (yo tenía el diseño que quería y le quedó perfecto). Es buenísima captando exactamente cómo quieres que sea el pastel. ¡La recomiendo muchísimo!
Mime is without a doubt the best pastry chef I have found in Mexico City. Their desserts and products are delicious and always with a very well balanced flavor: sweet enough but without being cloying. That in particular is hard to find. I highly recommend their cornstarch alfajores with dulce de leche which are epic, they also have keto alfajores for those who prefer a lower carb/sugar option (ever since I tried them I think I've dreamed of them, they're delicious!) She also makes custom cakes and they look amazing on you. I ordered one for her for a special occasion and it turned out better than I imagined (I had the design she wanted and it fit her perfectly). It's great at capturing exactly how you want the cake to be. I highly recommend it!
