E	Erik Sausa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice, close to Quinta and other points of interests in Playa, however the room we rented from Jaret was very disappointing, the room wasn't clean and we were given dirty sheets, this can happen but the host blamed us for staining the sheets, hence only 2 stars

Beach is just around the corner less than 5 minutes walk. Jaret is very hospitable and even sends you directions video included on how to quickly find the place in case it’s your first time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Playa Del Carmen.

Jaret was a great host if you need anything give him a text and he'll reply within minutes! So close to everything I couldn't recommend this place more!

The space is great, comfortable, very clean and includes all of the amenities that are needed. It was a super spacious apartment, with a nice roof top where you can chill and have some drinks at night or have your coffee and do some yoga in the morning. 10/10 I would definitely recommend it!:)

Awesome big showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash conveniently provided in each shower. Pool was a nice perk for afternoon cool downs. The building is a perfect location, right on 5th ave and close to some great restaurants and quick, easy access to the beach. The space feels very safe and secure with a code needed to get into the building. Code to get in to the condo means no worrying about carrying a key. There’s always a worker at the front desk. We got there before check in and were able to place our bags safely in the lobby. Jaret is very responsive and gave us many great suggestions for great restaurants and beach clubs.
