Very good product, unfortunately lousy customer service and lousy attitude of the girls who attend. Today we went to make a purchase worth $600 for a gift, we arrived and asked for a package of 10 vegansitos and others aside, the girl who was attending told us "I can't sell them to you, that package is bought online" , it seemed very strange to us but we asked her how to do the procedure, she said through instagram, and my husband who was going to pay told her that he did not have instagram, the girl did not know the page of the business and only said that she could enter through facebook . Immediately afterwards another employee comes out, comments the same thing about the online purchase and tells us "just because it is the first time I will allow it" we understood that she would charge us there without having to make the purchase online, since we were already there, however we had to ask him again to clarify the information, and in fact he was waiting for us to do the procedure online (with a very bad attitude by the way) to be able to give us the product (instead of facilitating the purchase), also in no part of the establishment or networks there are these "rules" about the procedure, a couple of products that we bought were not on the page, so I paid a part online and another in the store ¿?. I think they could have explained to us in a good way that the same product is cheaper online because of promotions instead of just telling us "I can't sell it to you." Everything is in the forms, we have been clients for a long time, it is not the first occasion of an unpleasant experience, but definitely the last. I hope this feedback is useful, and it is taken into consideration to improve the treatment that its employees give to frequent customers and improve order in the ordering system and purchasing procedures.

Your bread is delicious!!! The truth is that it had been a long time without having tried such a delicious bread, and knowing that they do not have any animal products is incredible! The delicious little vegan, the wooow chocolate chip cookie tastes like cocoa and cinnamon. All very rich.

Lactose-free products, each pastry or cookie is a delight. I recommend vegansitos because everything is vegan there

All desserts are very rich. It would be cool if they did something gluten free too. If you are not used to eating vegan, the prices will probably be high, but it is definitely an excellent pastry and it is worth it to satisfy your craving.
