El lugar es lindo y los maestros geniales, si te ponen a trabajar!!!!!
The classes are great. The system for booking classes is great because you can go in the morning and in the afternoon.

Te indican la manera de entender cada movimiento y te dan herramientas para realizarlo de manera consciente, lo que te hace que cada clase sea diferente y te rete, apasionándote por esta disciplina.Totalmente recomendable para todos, en mi caso me recupero de una cirugía mayor, así que doy gracias por cada movimiento que realizo y me siento confiada en manos profesionales.
Excellent instructors. They tell you how to understand each movement and give you tools to perform it consciously, which makes each class different and challenges you, passionate about this discipline. Totally recommended for everyone, in my case I recover from major surgery , so I give thanks for every move I make and I feel confident in professional hands.

Hice aquí los prenatales de mis dos embarazos y también los postpartos!! Es el único ejercicio y “gimnasio” en el que he durado más de dos meses, llevo casi 3 años!!
Tienen de todo: piso, barra, reformer, etc!!
No se van arrepentír si deciden aquí venir!

An excellent team! The teachers are first class, always attentive and concerned about the needs of each student!
I did here the prenatals of my two pregnancies and also the postparts !! It is the only exercise and "gym" in which I have lasted more than two months, I have been almost 3 years!
They have everything: floor, bar, reformer, etc!
They won't regret it if they decide to come here!
