Les pedi una venta y la negaron porque estan haciendo su limpieza lo cual deberian haberlo hecho antes de que lleguen los clientes! Les dije que perderian una venta y su respuesta fue nimodo! Que mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me compre un anillo, a los 2 días después de pocas horas de uso se me perdió la piedra. Lo lleve para que me lo arreglen y tardaron más de 2 meses en tenerlo, y solo porque les insistí mucho, sino no me avisaban. Cuando lo busco me lo querían cobrar de nuevo, finalmente no lo hicieron. Para mi sorpresa cuando me lo dieron tenia una piedra muchísimo más grande que la original, 4 veces más. Imposible de usar por lo incómodo. NO recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto.
I bought a ring, after 2 days, after a few hours of use, the stone was lost. I took it to get it fixed and it took more than 2 months to get it, and only because I insisted a lot, otherwise they didn't notify me. When I look for it they wanted to charge me again, finally they didn't. To my surprise, when they gave it to me, it had a much larger stone than the original, 4 times more. Impossible to use because of the inconvenience. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda mineralia muy pequeña, se encuentra en la avenida principal de Polanco por lo que la tienda no tiene estacionamiento, debes buscar en las calles aledañas y pagar el parquimetro.
La atención es buena sin embargo pot ser una tienda pequeña no hay gran variedad de productos como en otras tiendas mineralia.
Los precios son accesibles y encuentras desde collares, cuarzos, piedras, cuencos, fósiles, etc.
It is a very small mineral store, it is located on the main avenue of Polanco, so the store does not have parking, you must search the surrounding streets and pay the parking meter.
The attention is good, however because it is a small store there is not a wide variety of products like in other mineralia stores.
The prices are accessible and you can find everything from necklaces, quartz, stones, bowls, fossils, etc.
