★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace 25 años que acudo con mi familia a este pequeño pero muy hospitalario lugar. Es mi desayunador por excelencia. Los desayunos son lo que deberían de ser en cualquier otro restaurante, sencillos, económicos, abundantes y no jactanciosos. Es justo lo que pagas por lo que recibes y no necesitas más. Las meseras son muy amables, atentas, algunas son las mismas desde hace 25 años por lo que se les tiene cariño. Cada vez que voy y preguntan por mi familia me da reconocimiento como cliente. Su menú es corto y el mismo, pero así está bien, vas a disfrutar de los mismos ricos chilaquiles con pollo o huevo, acompañados de frijoles refritos, unos bolillos frescos y crujientes, untados de una mantequilla que te ponen en una cazuelita. Los hot cakes son deliciosos, esponjados y calientitos. Todos los desayunos incluyen el café, además jugo o un plato de fruta. Lo malo... lamentablemente también desde hace 25 años el servicio es muy lento, pueden tardar desde 15 hasta 25 min en servir algo que considero es rápido de preparar. Al parecer todo lo hacen al momento y es bueno porque es un platillo fresco y personalizado pero el tiempo de servicio es algo primordial en un restaurante y considero que si se pueden conjuntar calidad con rapidez. Por el cariño que le tengo a este lugar ya que mi madre le encanta comer aquí, yo trabajaría gratis para atender más rápido, es tan gratificante ver a las mismas personas cada fin de semana y llamarlas por su nombre, hacer un poco de plática mientras saboreas un rico café. The waitresses are very kind, attentive, some are the same for 25 years so they are loved. Every time I go and ask about my family, it gives me recognition as a client. Their menu is short and the same, but this is fine, you will enjoy the same rich chilaquiles with chicken or egg, accompanied by refried beans, some fresh and crunchy bolillos, greased with a butter that you put in a cazuelita. The hot cakes are delicious, fluffy and warm. All breakfasts include coffee, plus juice or a fruit plate. The bad ... unfortunately also for 25 years the service is very slow, it can take from 15 to 25 min to serve something that I think is quick to prepare. Apparently everything is done at the time and it is good because it is a fresh and personalized dish but the time of service is paramount in a restaurant and I think that if quality can be combined quickly. Because of the love I have for this place since my mother loves to eat here, I would work for free to attend faster, it is so rewarding to see the same people every weekend and call them by name, do a little chat while You taste a delicious coffee. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido 2 veces esta pandemia ya que somos clientad asiduas por el buen servicio; sin embargo creo que no regresaremos porque son demasiado lentas las cocineras y las nuevas meseras que empacan (las meseras de siempre no, ellas siempre son eficientes). Les pedí mi comida 12:45, 45 minutos antes del servicio de comida y me la entregaron 2:20, más de 90 minutos!!!! Y se las pedí con tiempo. Repito, las nuevas meseras se hacen bolas, las cocineras son lentas y en general actúan con mucha torpeza, desde que cambiaron la administración hace algunos años el servicio ha ido de mal en peor.
