La verdad no quedamos satisfechos con su servicio, el 26 de septiembre fuimos a reactivar la SIM y solo por el cambio de chip nos cobraron $70 pesos y sin haberlo activado, hoy nuevamente tuvimos que ir unos cobraron $25 por reactivarlo y nos sacaron $30 pesos para el saldo cuando solo nosotros queríamos ponerle $20 porque era lo que necesitábamos. Y no nos cobraron en caja, no, la señorita que nos atendió en la barra nos cobro y ni los dio ticket. Allá en Telcel está más esquematisado el sistema y ni nos piden tanto para activar una sim, solo con poner la recarga y ya. La verdad pésimo servicio. Hello good afternoon. Les pregunté sobre un equipo móvil y simplemente dijo que ahí no lo manejaban, pero ni siquiera para sugerir algo similar o de informar donde pudiera encontrar de su misma compañía, de verdad súper mal atención súper mal todo, lo único bueno era que estaba muy limpio y ordenado el local comercial, pero pues esos que atienden no son los que limpian, muy mal el personal, bien por la encargada de limpieza.
