★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, tardé muchísimo tiempo para hacer un simple pago, depués pasé con un ejecutivo para que me diera mi estado de cuenta me atendió de una manera muy déspota, la verdad no la recomiendo.

Es injusto ver qué dejan entrar a más de una persona por trámite, y no dejan entrar niños.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al abrir una cuenta, dure dos días para sacar una tarjeta de ahorro para mi hijo y al final solo pudieron darme la mía, les falta mas compromiso y trabajo en equipo, ojala que valoren mas su trabajo, del NO SE PUEDE O NO QUEDA no salen.
Respecto a los otros servicios desconozco su atención. (espero sean la excepción)
Terrible attention when opening an account, it took two days to get a savings card for my son and in the end they could only give me mine, they lack more commitment and teamwork, hopefully they value their work more, CAN'T OR NO REMAINS do not come out.
Regarding the other services, I do not know your attention. (I hope they are the exception)
